A man spent 48 hours on one of America’s ‘lowest rated cruises’ and it was far worse than anyone expected it to be.
Documenting his experience for his YouTube channel, the man named Tim shared his thoughts on the Margaritaville At Sea Paradise cruise.
But things seemed to go from bad to worse as Tim spent two days on the ship which traveled from Florida to the Bahamas.
Uploading the video to his channel, Walk With Me Tim, the description read: “I'm embarking on my first ever cruise! It's a 2 day ‘mini cruise’ to the Bahamas and back from Florida aboard the Margaritaville At Sea Paradise, North America's oldest major cruise ship! It's had some awful reviews so I decided to book a stateroom and see what we find!”

But Tim encountered issues at the very first hurdle - checking in.
Arriving at the check-in desk, staff struggled to find his booking, but after 15 minutes of confusion, he was able to board the ship.
Tim had booked himself a Grand Terrace Suite, which he revealed are apparently ‘the best rooms on the ship’.
But giving a room tour for the camera, he noticed some issues.

First up, the sofa had holes and stains in it and, entering the bedroom, Tim noticed stains on the bed frame.
He said: “That's a bit gross isn't it, right next to the bed, can only imagine what those stains are.”
The next morning, Tim checked in with his viewers to share how his evening had gone.
He said: “Last night’s sleep was tough, I'm not going to lie, soundproof in these rooms are not very good.

“People up above making noise, just up above is just near where the pool is and people walking along, dancing, drinking.
“I think I finally got to sleep at around about 2:30 in the morning after the noise kind of subsided and then of course you got the vibration of the ship making a little bit of noise in the room so I'm glad I bought some earplugs.”
The YouTuber also stumbled upon an apparent health and safety concern while wandering around the ship.

He added: “Talk about health and safety, there’s no signs down here that there’s any work going on.
“I just walked past that hatch I started feeling that a bit stinging on my legs and I realized I got hit by those hot embers from whatever he’s cutting in there I’m like - I can’t believe there’s no like signs saying don’t walk down here.
“It’s not cordoned off or anything, almost burned my leg.”
Many viewers took to the comment section to share their reactions to the video.

Another said: “This looks like my absolute nightmare. Being stuck on that ship with nothing to do.”
And a third person added: “I have to say the welding with no warning absolutely floored me. Hope your legs recovered!”
