SNL have once against targeted Elon Musk in a new sketch this weekend, and fans of the show are all having the same response to Mike Myers' 'uncanny' impression of the richest man in the world.
Despite hosting the show over four years ago, Elon Musk has been one of Saturday Night Live's biggest targets due to his ascent to power within Trump's second term as president.
Portrayed by Mike Myers, previous sketches have shown Musk waving a chainsaw around while stood behind Trump and Ukrainian President Zelenskyy in a meeting, and predictably the Tesla CEO wasn't too happy with this 'brutal' impersonation.

"Humor fails when it lies" were the words that Musk chose in response to the sketch on X, but SNL certainly have't taken his disapproval as a deterrent as Myers returned once more this past weekend.
Donning a suit this time, Myers' Musk excitedly jumped around and cracked cringe-worthy jokes alongside Trump and Marco Rubio, before an inner monologue where he channelled Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers movies.
"Phase one of my plan is complete. Ingratiate yourself to the president and take over the media, but was taking this job a bad idea?" Myers pondered as Musk.

"A lot of people seem to really hate me, my Tesla stock is crashing, and my personal net worth just dropped by $100 billion," he detailed, raising his pinky finger into the iconic pose.
This single moment has prompted many online to have the exact same reaction, and it's one that the man being impersonated won't be too happy about.
"Making Mike Myers Elon and then having him become Dr Evil is genius," detailed one user in the comments underneath the sketch, with another adding that "Mike Myers as Dr Elon Evil is already legendary. It might seem like satire, but it's actually ultra-realism."

One comment also outlined that "if there's a bright side to these next four years of hell, at least we get four years of Mike Myers," and that's a sentiment that was somewhat shared by viewers following the first Myers-Musk sketch.
They argued that it was difficult to find the impersonation funny because it's too spot on and close to reality, making it 'scary' as a result.
Hopefully the allusions to Dr. Evil make the whole thing a little easier to find fun within for those who previously found it challenging, but others certainly seem to find no trouble chuckling away at the ridiculousness of the situtation.
"Everything he says, every action and gesticulation he makes, and every facial expression is so funny," outlines one user in response to Myers' Elon impression, and you can't deny that the richest man in the world is easy enough to jokingly mimic.
