Ava Kris Tyson’s former wife has clapped back at a YouTuber who accused the influencer of ‘leaving’ her family behind to transition.
YouTube star Ava Kris Tyson, 28, has recently stepped away from working with MrBeast after being accused of grooming a 13-year-old minor when she was 20.
The influencer has vehemently denied the allegations but has aplogized for ‘any of [her] past behavior or comments if it hurt or offended anyone’.

Before Ava addressed the situation, her former wife took to social media to reveal the lives she and her son liver are ‘better than ever’ before.
Ava and ex-wife Katie Tyson, who tied the knot back in 2018, welcomed their first child, Tucker, in 2020.
Almost three years after his birth, the influencer revealed she and Katie had been separated for a year before confirming she’d begun hormone replacement therapy, as per Forbes.

Last month, Katie was forced to defend their son after popular YouTuber and FaZe Clan co-founder NickMercs posted a tweet claiming Ava should be ‘ashamed of herself’ for ‘leaving’ her ex-wife and child.
On June 23, he wrote: “You should be ashamed of yourself. Leaving behind your wife & child, to play pretend. One day you’ll wake up, and realize what you’ve done.”
Taking to social media to have her say, Katie posted a statement in response.
“Mine and Tucker’s life are both better than ever,” she began.

“Tuckers life is kept relatively private, as much as it can be, solely because of people like you who try to make a headline topic with a 4 year olds life blasted as a headline.”
She continued to write that she believes there are ‘plenty’ of other things to talk about and that she fears her son will one day see what has been written online about his parent.
“Imagine having to get introduced to the internet and having all of your life as headline topics,” she continued. “All his life bashed all over the internet”.

The mum-of-one doubled down on the idea that she and Ava work to keep Tucker’s life private before saying their son was ‘loved and cared for by both parents in both homes’.
“I don’t know who Nick is and I don’t care who he is but as a parent himself, is this the example we want to set for our children?
“When we don’t agree with someone, we bash them? Their families? Drag others children through the trenches by spreading false information about their lives?”
“Be better,” she added. “Set better examples.”

Following NicMerc’s blast, MrBeast - real name James ‘Jimmy Donaldson’ - initially defended Ava.
“Ava is literally always with her kid and doesn’t even go on shoots to spend more time with him,” he wrote.
“Tuck man is always smiling, not sure why this rumor is a thing.”
Despite coming to the YouTuber’s defense, MrBeast has since distanced himself from the content creator following the grooming allegations.
Taking to X last week, he wrote: “Over the last few days, I've become aware of the serious allegations of Ava Tyson's behaviour online and I am disgusted and opposed to such unacceptable acts.
“During that time, I have been focused on hiring an independent third party to conduct a thorough investigation to ensure I have all the facts.”
He added that he has since removed Ava from the company as well as his channel and any other association with MrBeast.
“I do not condone or support any of the inappropriate actions,” he added.
