'When you live above sound, when you are high enough above the concrete jungle [that is New York City], there is something about the passage of time when you're in this home that I've never experienced anywhere else in the world,' listing agency Ryan Serhant said in the video.
'The space that's been crafted to be unlike anything else.'
The Central Park Tower, aptly named 'The One Above All Else', is a place where you can live among the gods for $250 million.

Let's get into the details.
Towering 1,550 feet over the city that never sleeps, the penthouse covers three floors with over 17,000 square feet of interior space and an additional 1,433 square feet of outdoor terrace with the most 'jaw-dropping views of the entire city and beyond.'
Marketed by Douglas Elliman, the residence totals seven bedrooms, eight full baths, two half-baths, a floating spiral staircase and a private elevator connecting the two floors.
There is also a washroom, media room, formal dining room that seats 12, an observatory lounge with telescopes and a smart office facing Central Park.

'This has to be one of my favourite rooms in the penthouse... everything about it just looks right,' Enes commented.
However, Enes praised the 'grand salon' as the finest room of the property.
Measuring 1,500 sq ft with 27ft high ceilings, the room offers 'multiple seating areas,' 'curated furniture,' and 'breathtaking views.'
Enes continued: 'This is just unreal.'

To the North view, you have Central Park and upstate New York. To the south, you have the Statue of Liberty in the distance.
Moving on to the kitchen, Enes describes the lacquered cabinetry with quartzite countertops and a wine fridge.
The first floor includes two guest suites, each with its own bathroom.

To reach the next level, Enes takes viewers up an 'incredible, structural staircase' that spirals through the entire property.
On the second floor, there are four guest suites and the primary bedroom suite complete with a plush king-size bed.
Additionally, the bathrooms adjoined to these bedrooms each offer a freestanding tub overlooking Central Park.
Topping things off, there are two dedicated rooms for walk-in closets ready for customisation.
Astonishingly, the penthouse's top floor features a 1,000 sq ft ballroom which is 'perfect for private dinners, runway shows, fundraisers and the list goes on.'
Enes added: 'You could easily have 200 to 300 people here very comfortably.'
It's certainly a home of dreams.
'We're so high up, I've never seen a view like this in my life. This unit is so quiet, it's hard to believe that you have New York City below you,' Enes exclaimed.
