Shocking leaked documents reveal outrageous rules for serving Elon Musk on his $100,000,000 private jet

A first-class flight demands first-class service

Ah, to live that jet-set lifestyle. Sadly, unless you're Taylor Swift using a private jet between gigs or have the bank balance of the world's richest man, chances are it's a lifestyle most of us will never get to experience. Elon Musk might've taken a recent hit to his finances thanks to Tesla and tariff troubles, but with a net worth that many can only dream of, he's still got more than enough in the kitty to make sure he travels in style.

Leaked documents have apparently given us even more insight into the private life of the tech billionaire, and for once, it's not about whether he's secretly been fathering children. Elon Musk looks like he's quite the demanding customer when it comes to flying on a private jet, but with his Gulfstream fleet costing upwards of a jaw-dropping $100 million, you can afford to be a little picky.

A data breach at NetJets Inc. has been reported by Bloomberg, revealing the strict conditions that Mr. Musk likes to fly in.

The guide for the cabin crew is dated November 2024 and states that Musk likes to fly with a cool temperature of just 65°F. He also likes dim lights and passenger air vents to be switched off due to the latter apparently making a noise.

As for what to expect from the typically chatty tech mogul, Musk supposedly "likes to take a nap, even on day trips." When not catching 40 winks, Musk is described as a "nice, laid-back" person. Still, you're told to refrain from engaging in small talk unless initiated by him.

Despite being the CEO of the EV Tesla brand, he's also "not interested in conserving fuel" and "wants to fly as quickly and as direct" as possible.

Elsewhere on his list of gripes, there's a particular disdain for inconsistent wi-fi because he "does not enjoy unexpected outages." Then again, when trying to run the Department of Government Efficiency, Tesla, SpaceX, and X, we imagine he has a lot of emails to catch up on. Maybe these jets should try his new Starlink connectivity feature.

As Musk considers himself to be pretty tech-savvy, cabin crew are told to avoid helping him if it looks like he can't operate any of the jet's gadgets: "Mr Musk considers himself self-sufficient and does not need help with technology — if he does, he will ask."

While we've seen President Donald Trump tucking into a victory McDonald's while flying on Trump Force One, and Musk has previously been known for a diet heavy in Diet Coke and Mars Bars, there's no mention of what food and drink he likes to consume while flying high.

We know Musk likes to fly a lot, and you might remember when he had X suspend the @Elonjet account amid fears of doxxing and the embarrassing situation where it showed he regularly flew between two Los Angeles airports even though they're only 10 minutes apart.

Frustratingly, the document makes no mention of whether he likes to partake in any in-flight entertainment (aside from playing Path of Exile 2), meaning we might never know what movies Musk likes to watch. Something tells us he's a Minions: The Rise of Gru kind of guy.
