Just days after the release of the GTA 6 trailer, fans are already comparing it to previous titles in the GTA franchise.
The GTA 6 trailer was leaked early last Tuesday and viewers were hyped. Only 48 hours of being out, the trailer has already racked up a whopping 107 million views of YouTube alone.
Fans speculated before the release that the game was going to still include the Miami Vice City map theme, but with extra additions of wetlands swamps.

One fan has since made a Reddit post putting the trailers up of GTA V and 6 side by side, comparing the quality difference between a 10 year gap.
The user - Sebastian4002 - posted the clips on r/GTA with the caption: 'I made this video comparing GTA 6 to GTA 5's trailer, so we really can appreciate the differences in quality.'
Safe to say, fans are impressed!

At first glance, you can see the overall crisp, sharp quality and vibrant colours of GTA 6.
But when you compare it to the game's predecessor 10 years before, fans are spotting the huge generational leap from GTA V's quality - the upgrades in detail, colour, shadows and lighting is unparalleled. The neon lights of the nightlife scenes are striking, showing a whole new level of colour accuracy.
Rockstar have definitely taken GTA to the next level, enhancing everything from the map to the natural physics of characters, down to the subtle, lifelike movements of hair. The trailer itself looks hyper-realistic that has fans going so far as to compare the GTA 6 Miami map to actual images of Miami on Google Earth.
One response to the Reddit post remarked: 'Wow. GTA VI graphics make GTA V graphics look like PS2.'

And another: 'The real comparison is showing the 12 year difference between GTA III and GTA V, now THAT was a huge jump in quality.'
Keep in mind that the only Grand Theft Auto games available on the recent consoles of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were only enhanced versions that were originally built for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
With a technological leap spanning two console generations - and a decade long wait - fans expected nothing less than a huge leap in graphics and overall quality.

One Reddit response believe with 10 years of development, the trailer alone of GTA 6 is showing much more life to the game, from protagonist backstories to crazier NPC life. They said: 'To me it feels like 6 will be a step up visually, the trailer alone feels like there's more going on in the world than in 5.
It'll be interesting to see how many NPCs can be generated on screen at anyone time, cause the trailer makes it seem like some places will be full of people.'
Another fan agreed and replied: 'To me it feels like 6 will be a step up visually, the trailer alone feels like there's more going on in the world than in 5.'
