Fans on Reddit are already buzzing, with comments calling the show 'compelling and unique.'
One viewer posted on the discussion thread: "The Edge of Sleep is compelling, unsettling, and charming in equal measure. It's more human than any new TV show I've seen in the last several years.
"There's a steady, driving pace behind the story that keeps you at the edge of your seat without ever quite pushing you to jump up out of it."

They described that the show steps away from 'Hollywood veneer' and instead, is more raw and 'seamlessly blends practical effects with CGI in a way that makes me incredibly nostalgic.'
Another viewer added: "I thought this was a movie at 1st but was pleasantly surprised that it was a show."
Others are demanding for the show to be longer as six episodes wasn't enough, exclaiming: "I NEED THAT 7TH EPISODE!"
All six episodes of The Edge of Sleep are now available to stream Amazon Prime US.
