Every passing day the bar appears to raise for what streamers will do for attention, and a new limit has seemingly been reached after one Twitch creator has been banned after engaging in 'Black Mirror-like' Chinese water torture in exchange for donations.
Streamers are known for their wild antics, as only recently we saw a major content creator potentially trapped in 'jail hell' for three years after being charged with harassment while in the Philippines.
While not every live streamer's actions are enough to get the police involved, they're typically either stupid or reckless enough to draw the attention of the internet, and they do say that there's no such thing as bad press.

Sometimes people are even just drawn to the absurd, as one popular streamer has managed to make a staggering amount of money while broadcasting her asleep for hours upon end.
Consequently these controversial actions draw a ban from their respective streaming service, but often its because what they're streaming involves putting others in danger - like running a red light or crashing their sports car - whereas one creator has gone to lengths to subject himself to pain.

As reported by Sportskeeda, Twitch streamer IZIDORE was banned by the platform after he organized a system where donations from his audience would 'force' him into using Chinese water torture techniques on himself.
Footage shared by @FearedBuck on X shows the process in action, with a live 'drop counter' tracking the amount of water he had left to drip onto his forehead, and a detailed dontation chart on the right showing you what you'd be able to get for your exchanges.
For example, 3 Bits would get you 1 drop of water (and any subsequent number of bits would scale accordingly), whereas specific amounts of Bits including 50, 100, 200, alongside a new subscription, would grant specific actions like fast drops or a 'mega drop'.
This is explicitly against Twitch's terms of service, which denote that soliciting money, services, or items of value for 'self-destructive behavior' is not permitted.

Thus, IZIDORE was swiftly banned by Twitch following the spread of clips across social media, although many were disappointed at the seemingly lackluster punishment of just a single day.
"24 hours? Are Twitch serious?" questioned one frustrated user on X, with another adding: "24 hours ??? why not more? It's not like he ran a red light and kept using his phone."

What's worse is that the ban didn't even last the full day, as StreamerBans has tracked that IZIDORE was promptly allowed back into his account after just 15 hours and 45 seconds.
He has since done two lengthy 9-hour streams since being unbanned with no sign that the water torture has returned, although the stream that evidently landed him with the ban hammer isn't available on demand in his recent broadcasts section.
This isn't the first time that IZIDORE has engaged in self-destructive streaming challenges either, as two years ago he became 'famous' after intentionally trapping himself in a closet for three days straight, threatening to total his car if he quit the stream.
This stream has similar donation-related punishments including being blasted by a water shooter, having eggs thrown at him, or being 'flashbanged', so it's clear that this particular form of broadcasted self-torture is his forté, and Twitch doesn't appear to see too much of an issue with it.
