A woman has revealed what she eats in a day as a Google employee and it’s left people in shock.
The woman in question, Muinat Abdul took to TikTok to document what she eats during an office day at the tech firm.
Uploading the content to her page, @muinatabdul, the TikToker showed what was on offer for breakfast, saying: “I'm on a bit of a health kick so I go for porridge and then I add some oat milk to jazz it up.

“There was baked plantain this morning so I added that, some almond butter, and then some raspberry jam for good measure.”
At lunchtime, there is plenty to choose from, as Abdul continues: “I opt for some cauliflower and broccoli then head over to the pre-made salads and get a tomato salad and this lovely carrot salad, plenty of olives, and kimchi, of course my faves, and pretend I can't see the desserts.”
She washes her lunch down with a kombucha before showing her followers what she gets for an afternoon treat.

She said: “You girlies know I'm gonna get my matcha. I get an iced oat milk matcha and it is delicious, absolutely stunning guys, and that's what I eat in a day!
“Wonder what's on the menu tomorrow.”
Abdul’s followers couldn’t believe the huge selection of free food that Google has on offer for its employees.

In shock, they took to the comment section to share their reactions, with one user saying: “It’s like being at an all inclusive” and another adding: “Crying in NHS job.”
Some people shared their woes about the perks (or lack thereof) at their own job, with one writing: “Lol we don't even have water” and another saying: “Lucky if we get a croissant in our office, this looks luuuush!!”
One person had a sneaky idea, posting: “I’d be doing my weekly shop personally” and they weren’t alone, with another adding: “Me with a big bag, containers & sandwich bags.”

But one person summed it up for everyone, simply writing: “I WANT TO WORK AT GOOGLE.”
However, it might be easier said than done as Google is one of the most sought after companies to work for in the US.
It's also notoriously competitive and the tech firm is incredibly selective about who they hire.
Luckily, Google employees have shared some tips here on how to nail an interview with the company.
