You can finally get excited now, as Amazon Prime has officially confirmed the premiere date of MrBeast's 'controversial' game show 'Beast Games', and it's soon.
Jimmy 'MrBeast' Donaldson has been no stranger to controversy in recent months, as investigations, car crashes, and even a 'creepy' smile have put certain parts of social media off the outlandish creator.
That hasn't stopped the most subscribed to YouTuber on the planet from stepping into the world of television though, as Amazon Prime have commissioned a game show headed up by MrBeast - and it's coming very soon.

Initially announced back in March 2024, Beast Games features 1,000 contestants competing against each other in physical, mental, and social challenges that are sure to put all of their skills to the test.
They'll definitely have an incentive though, as the overall winner of the show will walk away with a cash prize of $5 million - which is over double the creator's previous highest prize.
When will Beast Games start?
Amazon Prime have now officially confirmed that the first two episodes of Beast Games will air on the streaming service on December 19, 2024.

The following episodes will then be released once a week until the competition ends - although its not yet been confirmed how many episodes there will be in total.
It'll definitely be a nail-biting watch as each contestant will fight tooth and nail to get their hands on the staggering cash prize, but there can be only one winner after all.
This isn't the first time that MrBeast has stepped into the game show format, with most of his videos in recent years centered around various challenges with a cash reward.

His most popular video, titled '$456,000 Squid Game In Real Life' gives us a glimpse into what we might perhaps expect from Beast Games, as the show might feature similar challenges to those shown in both the video and the Netflix production.
We might even see callbacks to some of his most popular video-specific challenges when things whittle down to the last few contestants, as he's previously created situations where people are asked to stay in places like grocery stores, solitary confinement, and even an island.
We'll just have to wait to see how everything unfolds though, as there's no doubt that the Beast Games will give us all something to talk about.
Let's just hope that the winner thinks that the $5 million is worth it by the time they've picked it up.
