A man who spent $1,000 on a huge box of returned Amazon products has revealed what was inside that made him an impressive profit.
YouTuber Harrison Nevel filmed the unboxing of the contents for his channel after spending a grand on the mystery items.
In another video, Nevel had spent just under $5,000 on a giant pallet of Apple returns in the hopes of doubling his money, only to be disappointed when he suffered a loss of $845.
This time, he documented himself purchasing a massive Amazon box from a liquidation website, the contents of which were unknown.

In the video, Nevel said: “The incentive to buy these is the potential huge profit and that is our main goal today to make as much profit as possible.”
Some of the items Nevel opened included a platform swing and a kids dart and soccer set.
But there were others that were bigger hits, such as a PlayStation 5 - which had a dubious looking hole in the side of the box - and a biotech gaming monitor.
Opening up more boxes, Nevel continued: “We've officially marked a break even point on this video, now it is only profits and we still have the dreaded PS5 to turn on.”

Holding the PS5 box, Nevel added: “I feel like this was returned because it came with a big hole from shipping there but they didn't
even look inside because we have everything here. We have the controller, the controller is still in there, we got the base, we've got a HDMI cable and the power cord.”
Plugging the console in and switching it on, Nevel hoped for the best, adding: “something's happening, I hear power, it's turning on”.

Luckily, the PlayStation worked, making it worth around $320.
Adding up the value of all of the things people had returned from Amazon, Nevel calculated that he would make $1720 by reselling them.
Considering that he had originally paid $983 for the box, it meant he would make a profit of $737.

Nevel’s viewers reacted to his incredible profit in the YouTube comment section, with one user writing: “Such a way to turn around a box with that much margin.”
Another said: “It’s nice to see the real prices he’s throwing at us.”
A third person wrote: “I have been looking to get a return box. This video has put me towards yes. Crazy that the PS5 is brand new.”
A fourth posted: “I’m glad you included freight and shipping, because most don’t...

And a fifth user added: “The PS5 box hole was definitely a forklift stab.”
