Famous Twitch streamer Ninja has revealed how much he earned a month at his peak, and social media has been left shocked at the 'disgusting' amount of money.
Live streaming has become one of the most profitable forms of online content creation over the past decade, and Twitch remains the go-to platform for many.
While many consider Kai Cenat to be the king of Twitch following his recent record breaking Mafiathon 2 subathon, it was once Tyler "Ninja" Blevins that held the crown with Fortnite as his game of choice.

It was all the way back in 2018 that many consider to be Ninja's peak on Twitch, where he was receiving record-breaking viewership numbers and duoing with huge celebrities like Drake on stream. He was even a common feature on talk shows, and hosted the Times Square New Year event.
While things have cooled off a bit for Blevins, especially after he briefly switched to the now-defunct Mixer for the tune of around $30 million, he recently revealed what his monthly Twitch earnings were during what he calls his 'prime'.
On stream with fellow creator Stable Ronaldo, Ninja was asked to reveal how much he earned in his 'best month' as a live streamer. After a short wait, Blevins revealed the following:

"It would probably have to be the month I made about $5 [million] off the creator's [program], probably like $6.7 [million] I think. I'm not lying."
His co-streamer had the same response as most on social media, calling the amount "disgusting" and there really is no other way to describe it.
Of course that was his best month and he might not have earned quite that amount all the time, but that would work out at around $80,000,000 per year, which isn't too bad going for just playing games every day.
His peak viewership on Twitch is from this period as 633,138 people tuned into his stream on April 22, 2018. While this pales in comparison to some of the most viewed streams on the platform to date, it was a significant milestone at the time - especially outside of esports.

The reaction online to this reveal has been rather mixed, with some commending Ninja's financial achievement whereas others hope that he's been smart with his money.
"I don't think Ninja fell off," says one user on X, "Any financially savvy person would have been investing that money to generate passive income. He's probably just taking it easy now."
Another adds: "Damn that's a lot but I am happy for the guy, he put in the work and basically never has to work again."

Blevins remains a streaming regular though despite pulling in significantly fewer viewers than his 'peak', but you just hope that he's enjoying it more without the pressure of being at the top of the pile.
This is far from the first time that Stable Ronaldo has exposed the earnings of a huge online creator though, and he's even making a healthy amount himself, so you wonder who he'll have his sights set on next.
