A woman who plans to live until the age of 150 has revealed her morning routine.
The biohacker even claims to have successfully reduced her biological age by 10 years.
Wellness CEO Kayla Barnes-Lentz made sure her husband, Warren Lentz, shared a similarly healthy lifestyle to her when they met on their first date.

After connecting on a dating app, Kayla quizzed Warren about his gut health, the levels of toxins in his body and his nutritional levels - not quite the pick-up line you’d usually expect.
It seemed to work though because, a year later, the couple are now married.
Talking to the Independent, Kayla said: “I want to live as long as my husband. That is why I put so much effort into optimizing both of our health.

“We plan to live to 150 in excellent health.”
The oldest age a human is said to have lived is 122 - so how do you go about smashing that record by 28 years?
First of all, Kayla has red light panels on the back of her wardrobe door in a bid to reduce skin aging and has a $7,000 sauna installed in her bedroom.
She also has regular sessions in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, which is a pressurized chamber that is thought to increase oxygen levels in the body.
What is the biohacker’s morning routine?
According to the World Bank, the average life expectancy for women in the US as of 2021 was 76.33.

If accurate, this means that Kayla will need to almost double her life expectancy in order to reach the ripe old age of 150.
And trying to prolong your life by that much is no mean feat - it comes with a pretty firm morning routine.
Speaking to the Telegraph, Kayla said that she wakes up naturally at 5am and immediately steps onto a biometric smart scale to measure her weight, fat mass, bone density and water mass.

She claimed that doing this each morning gives her ‘a pretty good idea where my body is at’.
At 6am, she shared that she will do some ‘breath work, prayer or meditation’.
Following that, Kayla will have a quick protein coffee before she heads off for her gym workout.
The newlyweds share a pretty strict routine, both following an organic-only diet and are asleep by 9pm.

And even their wedding wasn’t a cheat day - the event was 100% organic.
Kayla added: “All proteins were grass-fed and finished, and we served organic bone broth at our wedding. We only wanted to serve our guests the healthiest food.”
