It sometimes feels like all biohacker Bryan Johnson talks about are his erections, with the man who's known for trying to cheat death regularly being in the spotlight for talking about what's in his pants.
While there's no denying the change in appearance of Johnson before he started his 'Project Blueprint', many think that could have to do with the $2 million he spends a year to look like that. Even though some claim it's all smoke and mirrors, Johnson says he has the data to back up his theories.
As for what he's packing, the biohacker has previously claimed his penis is just 22 years old, while he's also caused some controversy by sharing his own son's erection data.

Still, at least it seems that his son doesn't mind his dad sharing data on his nighttime erections with the internet.
Johnson is no stranger to causing a stir with his son, previously being called out for injecting himself with Talmage's blood.
After boasting about his "three-hour-long titanic nighttime erections," Johnson has now revealed that his 'Johnson' is performing better than ever before.

This could be due to him taking 2.5 mg of tadalafil, which is known as Cialis. Johnson maintains that the regime of shockwave therapy and Botox into his penis isn't to make it look more impressive, but to aid with longevity. Yeah, we've all heard that one before.
Posting on X, Johnson wrote: "My nighttime erections are better than the average 18-year-old, but Cialis is unlikely to play a meaningful role in them or even my sexual function.”
He says that his sexual function was normal when he started taking the drug in summer 2023, and while he reiterates that Cialis can help with erectile dysfunction, it's unlikely to improve 'normal' function.
He continued: "We set out to increase my nighttime erections. NTEs are a strong biomarker of cardiovascular, psychological and sexual health."

As reported by the New York Post, injecting Botox into the penis can help strengthen erections in subjects, with theories that Botox works by relaxing the smooth muscle in the penis.
If jabbing and electrocuting your manhood sounds painful, Johnson confirms that it's a 7/10 on the pain scale, even going up to 9/10 'at the tip'.
Following just three months of poking around down there, Johnson says his nighttime erections (NTEs) have improved by 34%. Apparently, his NTEs rose to the occasion and climbed from 2 hours and 15 minutes to around 3 hours. If you aren't that impressed by the numbers, how about having an NTE biological age of 20 years?
Still, with Johnson’s routine involving him scheduling sex, sleeping alone in bed, and being tucked up before 9 pm, it doesn't sound like he's putting his 20-year-old boner to much use.
