An OnlyFans model has called out fake accounts that are using AI to convince fans she wants to marry them
Artificial intelligence has made leaps and bounds over the last decade, and it shows no sign of slowing down.
Yet, it in the wrong hands, it can be pretty harmful.
Over the past few years, there's been a disturbing rise in deepfakes online impersonating celebrities and influencers in order to scam fans.

One commonly impersonated figure is internet celebrity Corrina Kopf.
Kopf is a vlogger-turned-OnlyFans model and boasts a whopping 6.6 million followers on Instagram.
She recently warned her fans about deepfake profiles being made of her online via her Instagram stories.
These accounts have successfully scammed people into thinking they're talking to her and even convinced them to send 'her' money.

In one post, Corrina shared a message from someone saying she deleted her account on Telegram and had 'no intention' of paying them back.
She replied: "The amount of messages I get like this on the daily is very concerning… if I don’t message you from this account only, it is not me. I’m not on Telegram nor Whatsapp, nor any email or phone number.
This account only, please don’t get scammed."

And in another instance, someone messaged the 28-year-old telling her that a guy on Reddit was convinced he was engaged to her.
"I saw a dude on Reddit that is convinced that he's been engaged to you since October and he posted an AI vid somebody sent to him of you telling him how much you love him," the message read.
Kopf has since accessed the video for herself and shared it on Instagram labelling it a 'masterpiece.'

In the video, the AI version of her creepily says: "I don’t like how you are leaving me online like that. I already told you that I’m the real Corinna Kopf and I really love you. I told you that I lost my purse with all of my information and you did not talk anything.
"We are going to see each other soon I promise you that."
Fortunately, there are a few easy ways you can spot a deepfake.
According to Creator Handbook, key indicators of AI-generated videos include unnatural movements or expressions, mismatched audio and video, unusual textures, lighting and objects morphing or appearing/disappearing.

If you look closely, you can see the top of the fake Corinna's finger disappear as she touches her face. Weird.
