Mind-blowing footage showcases the new iPhone 16 zoom and has left people ‘sold’ on upgrading their phones.

The video was captured at a Sabrina Carpenter concert and has left many viewers shocked by how far away the clip was actually filmed from.

Uploaded onto TikTok, the footage now has a lot of people sold on swapping their iPhone model for the latest version.

The clip was posted onto the social media platform by Beth G who captioned it with: “From the iphone 11 to the iphone 16 pro”, tagging the singer and Apple.

In the video, she also wrote: “If you were thinking about upgrading your phone… I did and I don’t regret it.”

People couldn’t believe how detailed the video was, with Carpenter being shown up-close on stage despite Beth being at the back of the venue.

Many took to the comment section to share their reactions, with one user writing: “At first I was like it’s kinda fuzzy then the zoom out.”

Another said: “My jaw is on the floor.”

A third person commented: “Apple should use this an ad bc you’ve sold me.”

And a fourth added: “literally why i’m going tomorrow to upgrade.”

Others offered some advice on how to get even better footage, with one person suggesting: “If you zoom first before starting it’s even clearer.”

And another said: “Turn your exposure down to -.7 it’ll make it easier for your phone to focus.”

Although, someone else had their own interesting way of making sure they got the perfect shot, adding: “Actually I literally brought a small telescope and held it over my camera, it was clear as shit and super close.”

How far does the iPhone 16 zoom in?

The video was taken on an iPhone 16 Pro, which was released by Apple just last month and has improved camera capabilities compared to older models.

The camera function is capable of 5x optical zoom in and 2x optical zoom out, with 10x optical zoom range and a digital zoom up to 25x.

Other exciting features that come with the latest model include Apple Intelligence, which the tech firm says is ‘built into your iPhone’.

The company describes Apple Intelligence as being the ‘personal intelligence system that helps you write, express yourself and get things done effortlessly. With groundbreaking privacy protections, it gives you peace of mind that no one else can access your data — not even Apple’.
