iPhone users are praising this forgotten model that Apple released years ago.
Apple may have just launched the iPhone 16 (and highly anticipated iOS 18), but fans are singing the praises of one particular model that they think deserves more praise.
During it's Glowtime event, Apple launched an array of exciting new additions including the Apple Watch Series 10 which doubles up as a revolutionary hearing aid device. The event and it's many exciting announcements hasn't got everyone jumping to purchase the latest iPhone however, with one Reddit user taking to the platform to shout about forgotten phone.

Taking to the r/iPhone subreddit, they titled the post 'iPhone 13 & 13 pro owners made a good investment!', writing: "If you’re still one of the remaining people with any iPhone 13 model then just keep using it honestly, it’s such a great phone with a gorgeous camera, beautiful display and a chip solid enough to last a few more years before you experience hiccups. I can’t see a single flaw with the 13/13 pros.
"It’ll probably last you until 2026 or 2027."
They weren't the only one either, one commenter replied: "I have the 13 pro max 89% battery health. Still as fast and snappy as when I bought it new. Best phone I ever had."

A second agreed, praising the iPhone 13 for it's battery life: "i wish i never upgraded from my 13 pro max. My battery health on my 15 pro max is already lower than my 2 year old 13 pro max was."
The iPhone 13 was released back in 2021 along with the 13 Pro, and funnily enough that model also came in plenty of fun colour choices, just like that latest iPhone 16 drop.
Fans aren't wrong about battery life either, Apple used this as one of the major selling points of the phone, saying in a blog post in September 2021 that the iPhone 13 features a 'Beautiful and Durable Design with Amazing Battery Life'.

The Apple Store currently doesn't stock iPhone 13s, however third-party retailers seem to be selling them for around $600.
If you do fancy the brand spanking new iPhone 16 however, you can look forward to an array of incredible features including an enhanced camera (complete with first-of-a-kind camera button, aesthetically pleasing colours and an A18 chip designed to work with the phone's new artificial intelligence features. It's also reported to have one hell of a battery life. Thank you, Apple.
