A new series has landed on the streaming service and it has racked up a whopping 8,800,000 views in just the first four days of its release.
The Swedish crime drama titled The Åre Murders is based on a popular series of books that have sold 10 million copies around the world.

Now available to watch on Netflix, the show follows the story of a Stockholm detective named Hanna who has been suspended from duty.
Hanna heads to the seemingly quiet ski resort town of Åre, where she starts to uncover a mysterious series of events around the disappearance of a young woman named Amanda.
In the five-part series, Hanna teams up with a local detective named Daniel as they try to get some answers on how the woman vanished.

Despite having just been released, the show is already a massive hit, with millions of people bingeing the entire show in the last few days.
