A man has climbed the equivalent of Mount Everest on a StairMaster and the amount of floors he had to climb in order to reach the top is mind-blowing.
Mount Everest is the tallest mountain in the world, measuring at a colossal 29,035 ft tall.
According to YouTuber Isaiah Photo, that’s the same height as a whopping 23 Empire State Buildings stacked on top of each other.

And it isn’t just the staggering height that makes the mountain so treacherous to climb - every year people battle with the effects of the harsh weather conditions and altitude sickness.
"I can't even be funny this just hurts so bad"
It normally takes around two months to complete the challenge but Photo decided to attempt to get it done in just 25 hours, without even leaving the United States.

Documenting his mission on his YouTube channel, @isaiahphoto, the man explained that he had “devised the perfect plan, I'm gonna climb Mount Everest in my gym”.
He calculated that if he could complete 300 floors an hour, then he’ll have reached the equivalent of Everest’s summit within 25 hours.
"Unfortunately there's no Uber Eats on Everest"
Giving his viewers an update during the video, Photo said: “I just finished 350 floors, my legs are dead. It's 12:30, I've burned 1,313 calories.

“This brings me up to 650 floors, oh I can't even be funny this just hurts so bad.”
As he reached the 900-floor mark, he added: “Nothing can destroy the spirit of a “too easy” member.
“Unfortunately there's no Uber Eats on Everest.”

The challenge took Photo a total of 29 hours to complete, and as he reached the imaginary summit, he envisioned what it would be like to reach the top of the mountain for real, remarking: “So I'm peeking out, see all the Himalayan Flags oh man, so pretty, people are taking a picture.”
The brave YouTuber climbed a total of 5,900 floors to climb the same distance it would take to hike up Mount Everest.
Fans of Photo were impressed by the extreme physical challenge and taking to the YouTube comment section, one user wrote: “And imagine all this with environmental challenges, freezing temperatures, Rocky Mountains, altitude sickness, lack of oxygen, and a couple more pounds of gear and backpacks… Props to anyone who’s climbed Mount Everest and Isaiah for even attempting to do this.”

Another said: “This man summited his own gym.”
And a third joked: “Imagine finishing this and the elevator to your apartment is broken.”
