With 317 million subscribers, MrBeast holds the honorable title of the most followed content creator on YouTube.
And beyond making entertaining videos, the 26-year-old - whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson - has branched out into other successful ventures over recent years, such as his Feastables chocolate bar brand that has reportedly done more than $10 million in sales.
Ever wondered about the key to his success? It's all been revealed in a leaked document that has been circling on social media.

According the the memo, which has been verified with ex-MrBeast staffers by Business Insider, the creator classifies employees as either 'A-Players, B-Players or C-Players'.
"There is only room in this company for A-Players," Donaldson wrote in the memo. "A-Players are obsessive, learn from mistakes, coachable, intelligent, don’t make excuses, believe in YouTube, see the value of this company, and are the best in the goddamn world at their job."
He also clarified that B-Players are 'new people that need to be trained into A-Players.'

As for C-Players, the YouTuber described them as 'average' employees that are 'poisonous' and should be 'transitioned' elsewhere immediately. Yikes.
The memo also emphasizes the importance of having the 'wow factor,' and said he would rather be 'honest' than 'nice.'
And having an off day simply isn't good enough in MrBeast's world. "I don’t care just don’t leave room for error," he wrote in the 36-page guide. "No excuses, stop leaving room for error."

He is also vehemently clear about his belief that YouTube is the future of video entertainment, telling his employees to 'get rid of Netflix and Hulu.'
"This is not Hollywood and I do not want to be Hollywood," Donaldson wrote. "If that sentence is a turn off to you then you’re probably at the wrong job.
"I genuinely mean that. Youtube is the future and I believe with every fiber of my body it’s going to keep growing year over year and in 5 years YouTube will be bigger than anyone will have ever imagined and I want this channel to be at the top."
But, while MrBeast's formula for success is clearly working - he's reported to bring in a whopping $700 million a year in revenue - people aren't exactly impressed.

One person wrote on X (formerly Twitter): "This document of MrBeast to his employees is the most annoying thing I have read in a while. To hell with all this growth hacking and 'A list' nonsense…"
Another responded: "It has not changed my opinion of the guy as a recklessly unprofessional leader."
And a third called it 'the most dystopian s*** ever!'
