Ding, ding, seconds out. While Jake Paul and KSI have talked about taking out their anger on each other in the boxing ring for an eternity, it's still yet to happen.
Jake "The Problem Child" Paul grabbed headlines due to his fight with Mike "Iron Mike" Tyson, with the young upstart controversially besting the former heavyweight champion of the world on points.
Jake Paul has had no shortage of offers on who to fight next, and yet, the mythical bout between him and KSI hasn't occurred.

Shots have been fired following the announcement of KSI's upcoming fight against former Chelsea footballer Wayne Bridge.
Bridge retired from football in 2014 and has since turned his hand to boxing as a way to keep fit.
Now, he's emerged as an unexpected opponent to fight the YouTuber.

With fans baffled by the announcement, Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions soon took to X to mock the situation. Posting on the platform, the account wrote: "Is it April Fools Day?"
This was quickly followed by an Instagram post featuring a picture of Paul with the following caption: "There is only 1 King of the land."
It comes as Bridge has been linked to Misfits Boxing - the so-called home of celebrity boxing matches.
KSI shared the news and wrote: "From playing with him in FIFA Ultimate Team to knocking out Wayne Bridge in the ring at the end of March, what a life."

However, the post was soon inundated with criticism.
Others weren't afraid to share their views online, with one KSI critic writing: "At least Jake Paul fought an old man that was a boxer. Not a washed-up footballer that wasn’t even elite in the sport he played in. Embarrassing for you, win or lose."

Another raged: "That @KSI sh*t is so embarrassing. Says 'nah man I want a real fight' after the old man walks out then proceeds to announce he's fighting a 50 year old retired footballer no one cared about in his prime..... either grow a pair or stop fighting you absolute f**king shi*house."
Someone else concluded: "Nah i’m sorry but this is an L. No better than Jake fighting old men 🤷."

For those doubting Bridge's experience, he notably fought against Made in Chelsea's Spencer Matthews and won on points for Sport Relief in 2018.
Still, there are complaints about KSI fighting a retired footballer when many want to see him lace up his gloves against Jake Paul. Excuses that the pair are in different weight classes have worn thin, with many saying they're just stalling.
There's no official word on whether KSI and Jake Paul will ever hash out their differences in the ring, but if they do, expect it to be a fight for the ages. In the meantime, it looks like KSI will stick to swinging punches at former footballers.
