Mogul-turned biohacker, Bryan Johnson, recently launched his $333 montly anti-ageing Project Blueprint.
Johnson opened up applications for anyone willing to try the 'self-experimentation study' for 90 days for a minimum entry fee of $999.
To observe the extent and results of the project, Johnson invited his behind-the-scenes colleague of three years to try out the strict regime.

According to the tech entrepreneur, Kate Tolo - who's also a YouTuber - had a 'front row seat to the whole process,' and wanted to try it out for herself.
Over the course of 30 days, Tolo committed to optimising different areas of health. This included sleep, diet, supplements and exercise.
The recent YouTube video documents her journey through rigorous exercise regimes and the discipline of putting work away early for bed.

However, at the end of the experiment, Tolo said: 'It's honestly mind-blowing how much has changed in just 30 days.'
Later confessing that it was the hardest challenge in her life, Tolo showed all the improved biomarkers after the end of the 30-day trial, in which she says she was 'blown away.'
In terms of supplements, she showed how the experiment solved all six vitamin and mineral deficiencies, including Vitamin D, Zinc and Omega, resulting in 'significantly reduced inflammation' in her body.
Sleep also saw a huge improvement. Both Tolo's deep sleep and overall sleep duration increased by 40 minutes over the month. Her sleeping heart rate also dropped by 2 bpm.

Aiming for an average sleep score of 100%, she achieved an impressive 96%.
Regarding her overall body stats, her body fat dropped by 4% and her muscle mass increased by 6 lbs.
Tolo also highlighted that she's now in the top 7% for fitness, which she confessed she's 'I'm still wrapping my head around.'

Reflecting on her life before the trial, Tolo said: 'I felt like my life was barely being held together [..] because I was just constantly chaotic on the inside, not looking after myself, and I had this huge weight on my shoulders.
'Now I have that weight now off, I'm living life better now than I was 30 days ago.'
In a later update, she mentioned her commitment to the BluePrint protocol for the full 90 days and admitted that her data 'continues to look incredible.' Although she'll continue the diet, exercise and sleep regime, she won't be doing it to the full extent of Johnson's measures.
