A biohacker who wants to ‘live forever’ has revealed the number one reason why he doesn’t follow religion.
Bryan Johnson is well known for his attempts to turn back his biological clock after it was reported that he spends $2 million a year to de-age himself.
The 47-year-old venture capitalist saw his biohacking journey begin in 2020 after experiencing health problems and now he has a strict daily routine of dozens of pills and a rigorous diet.
Johnson lifted the lid on his lifestyle in a Netflix documentary titled Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever, where he showed how he is monitored daily by a team of doctors.

Now, in a recent appearance on Logan Paul’s podcast, Impaulsive, Johnson revealed why he doesn’t follow any religion.
When asked if he was atheistic or agnostic, the biohacker replied: “I wouldn’t even use a word.”
He went on to add: “My favorite quote is from Edward Murrow, he was a World War II reporter, he said, ‘those who are not confused don’t understand the situation’.”
Explaining what he meant, the billionaire biohacker continued: “I'm trying to acknowledge the absolute greatest degree of humility expressible by an intelligent being I have no like Humanity has never known what's going on like every era every generation brings new knowledge like oh that's what's going on it just expands expands like we're always ignorant we just don't know to what degree see you see this.”

Johnson added: “In this moment when we’re giving birth to superintelligence as a species ‘don’t die’ solves the riddle of existence.
“So when you say like, ‘I might as well eat a burger’ you’re manifesting an ideology. You don’t realize it but you’re playing the script of an ideology and what I’m saying is ‘don’t die’ is a brand new construct of how to understand reality and that is it only makes sense when you’re giving birth to superintelligence.”
“I think I am happier than almost anybody, I think I have a more fulfilled life than anybody. Saying no to die is the greatest expression of happiness,” said Johnson.

“So people, they assume I must be less than happy than them because I don’t cheat with pizza, I don’t cheat with burgers and fries, they assume I’m at a deficit.
“I would argue I am happier and more fulfilled and a like a more fully expressed version of consciousness than them, it is a legitimate better way to exist.”
