The Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences is officially launching in Dubai, and it will stand at 557 metres and feature 103 floors.
The skyscraper is a result of a partnership between Dubai-based real estate developer Binghatti and the prestigious luxury watch and jewellery house Jacob & Co.
Nominations for the building's acquisition are now being accepted by clients. However, clients can't just be anyone.

Despite having a tonne of money behind them, they will also need to be an esteemed VIP client with a large network. Clients will also need to go through a strict application process before being considered.
'At Jacob & Co, we create high jewellery, high watchmaking; we also do accessories. But our essence is creating a lifestyle,' said Jacob & Co founder, Jacob Arabo.
Arabo, often recognised for his hip-hop style of jewellery, will take creative direction whilst the architectural design of the building will be completed by Roman Vnoukov.

'Playing with a different scale, different objects, bringing the Jacob & Co signature to exceptional living—it’s a great opportunity for me,' Arabo added.
'I’ve been designing for almost all of my life. I love to create spaces, and to go outside of my usual design field … We love to bring joy, to be associated with the greatest moments of people’s lives. Bringing this into their homes, into the place where family life is—it’s an achievement we’re very proud of.'
The skyscraper will be built in Dubai’s financial district called Business Bay.

Regarding facilities, the complex will host amenities exclusive to its residents including a luxury spa, infinity pool, gym, bars, a fitness club, chef's table and concierge team.
It’ll also have five penthouses, each named after the jeweller's famous timepieces including Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia, and Billionaire.
Arab also stated that the Billionaire penthouse would be the 'hypertower’s jewel in the crown.'
According to the real estate company's owner, Muhammad Binghatti, the crown of diamonds will be the 'apex of the luxury narrative' and a 'signature feature that adds further grandeur to the city’s skyline.' The diamonds themselves are designed to reflect sunrises and sunsets.

'What Binghatti has done in real estate by creating a brand through a distinct philosophy and architectural identity is very similar to what Jacob & Co has done in the world of jewellery and horology,' Binghatti added.
