Elon Musk once again finds himself thrown into the spotlight due to his parenting, and just days after Grimes made a public plea about a 'medical crisis' involving one of their three children, his sordid saga with MAGA influencer Ashley St. Clair looks like it's only just getting started. Elon Musk has been open about his role as a parent, divisively once saying, "Doing my best to help the underpopulation crisis." He has officially fathered 12 children with three different women, but if St. Clair's claims are true, she'll be the fourth and he will be a dad for the thirteenth time.
Now, St. Clair has filed a suit with the New York Supreme Court on February 21.
The custody petition claims that Musk wasn't there for the birth of the child and has had "no involvement in his care or upbringing" of St. Clair's son, who is referred to as 'R.S.C.' in the filing. She maintains that Musk has only seen the boy three times, and as well as going for sole custody, she's also filed a paternity petition to prove he's Elon's.

The petition says that a romantic relationship started "about May 2023", which lines up with what St. Clair has previously said, with it adding that the child was reportedly conceived in January 2024.
She says she had no other sexual partners at the time, while the suit claims that Musk visited St. Clair and her baby for two hours, days after he was born.
It's also claimed that he's only seen R.S.C. for a further hour in New York and a 30-minute visit in Texas.

She says that Musk has never asked to see the boy, receive any photographs, or expressed an interest in being involved in his life. The filing states: "I am the only parent who cares for him on a daily basis. I feed him, bathe him and ensure that all his physical and emotional needs are met."
Also included in the suit are a series of text messages where it appears that Musk acknowledges custody of R.S.C.
During one string of messages, Musk seemingly makes excuses for why he hasn't been involved with the child, as St. Clair adds: "That's why the father spot on his birth certificate is blank right now, E. And why he has my last name."

During these messages, there's also a reference to death threats made against Musk, with the latter writing: “If I make a mistake on security, ‘R’ will never know his father."
St. Clair isn't currently seeking child support, but instead, legal acknowledgment that Musk is his father.
Representative Brian Glicklich told The Independent: "Ashley St. Clair has filed paternity and custody petitions to protect the best interests of her child. She has made every effort to collaborate with Mr. Musk before taking this step. She has no further comment on the contents of the petitions, which speak for themselves."
