Jake and Logan Paul might be able to pull in a crowd online, but when it comes to real-life events, it seems the highs of Jake Paul pulling in some 65 million to watch him beat Mike Tyson in the boxing ring are a thing of the past.
Much like disgruntled fans refusing to watch their reality TV series, it seems that discourse has spilled over into people not attending a recent event they held in New York City's Times Square.
The controversial brothers stepped out to promote the release of Paul American ahead of its March 27 release.

Heading out onto the stage, Jake Paul says, "Times Square, what's good?" before Logan Paul hollers, "Times Square, what's uuuuuuup?"

It looks like there's little to no interaction from the crowd, and in a full video from a different angle, it shows an equally minuscule turnout.
Mocking the situation, former UFC fighter Dillon Danis shared the video alongside the caption: "The silence was loud." The video was then quickly deleted by the Paul American on MAX TikTok account.

Danis isn't Logan Paul's biggest fan anyway, having previously beefed with the latter over his fiancee, Nina Agdal.
In the run-up to Danis’ October 2023 with Paul, he shared intimate photos of her, doctored images, and an X-rated video.
In the third episode of Paul American, Agdal refers to the harassment she faced from Danis and dubbed it "most traumatic experience" of her life.
Responding to Danis sharing the footage, one person simply wrote: "Cringe attack."

Another added: "Lmao they couldn’t even hype a small gathering 💀 Nobody cares to see the Paul brothers."
Someone else chimed in saying: "Damn, I heard the crickets and the rats."
A parody account of the Grim Reaper even wrote: "I nearly died from cringe And I'm death."
Speaking to People on the red carpet, Logan Paul also admitted there will be 'consequences' one day for his old videos.

Referring to the incident when he seemingly shared footage of a body in Japan's Aokigahara forest, Logan said it was the worst time of his life due to YouTube demonetizing him and him losing a multi-million dollar deal with Target. When asked about the many things they've shared online over the years, he admitted: "We put too much out there. I'm sure ... there'll be consequences someday."
Despite fears the past will come back to haunt them, Danis’ jeers, and a seemingly tiny crowd, there was reason to celebrate. Jake Paul stepped out with Jutta Leerdam following their engagement. The Olympic speed skater sported a massive ring on her finger.
While we're sure millions would flock to see Jake Paul's next opponent in the ring or the much-discussed Tyson rematch, it doesn't seem they're willing to turn up in droves to watch the controversial brothers.
Maybe if they'd actually gone ahead and announced an actual fight between them, it'd be a different situation, but for now, American Paul doesn't look like it's getting the reception Jake and Logan were hoping for.
