Jeff Bezos could soon have a new next-door neighbor, as one of America's most expensive plots of land is up for sale.
Other locals include Tom Brady and Ivanka Trump, with a 1.84-acre plot of land currently on the market for an eye-watering $200 million.
We know Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk aren't always the best of friends, but with the latter on track to be the world's first trillionaire, he has more than enough cash to purchase the land.

Located in the area known as the 'Billionaire Bucket', Indian Creek Island lives up to its nickname thanks to an extortionate price tag.
The current owners didn't wish to be named but apparently bought the plot for $27.5 million in 2018.
Despite currently sitting vacant, the buyer can get predesigns for a 25,000-square-foot estate.

For your $200 million, you'll also get 200 feet of waterfront on Biscayne Bay, which has enough room for you to build a deep-water dock that could fit a 180-foot megayacht.
After all, if you can pay $200 million for a plot of land, we imagine you might have a megayacht floating around.
As reported by Business Insider, the $200 million plot is priced far higher than what Bezos paid for any of his. The Amazon CEO bought a $68 million mansion and its adjacent property (costing $79 million) in 2023, then made another $90 million purchase in September 2024.
Ilya Reznik is representing the owners and told Business Insider that while it's in 'a very unique location', Bezos' purchases have pushed up the property value. Reznik said that while Bezos paid a 'really high' number, "now those prices are there and the market is there and higher."

She added: "It's not just Indian Creek, but everywhere in Miami and on the islands. And if it's new, if it's a new build house, buyers are willing to pay premium. This is just what's going on in Miami."
Reznik has reportedly shown the plot to a couple of interested buyers, although she admits the owners are open to negotiations if that $200 million is putting you off.
There are only 41 properties on Indian Creek, with the exclusive resort also boasting a private golf course and its own police force. In terms of privacy, a single bridge connects the 300-acre island to the mainland, ensuring that you aren't disturbed.

The full listing for 9 Indian Creek Island refers to it as 'one of the wealthiest, luxurious and most secure communities in Miami Beach and the world', so what's not to love?
If you fancy summer barbecues with Bezos, he recently said he'll be moving to Miami after living in Seattle for 29 years so you might be seeing more of him around Indian Creek.
Still, shelling out $200 million for an empty plot of land means you might have to do a little more work before you'll be inviting Bezos over for beers on your megayacht dock.
