There’s been no shortage of drama surrounding Elon Musk’s alleged 13th child.
MAGA influencer Ashley St. Clair, who recently revealed she had a baby with Musk late last year, has been making claims through an ongoing legal battle with Musk.
After keeping things under wraps for months, St. Clair posted on social media that she had given birth five months earlier and that Musk was the father.

Only recently was the baby's name publicly revealed, seemingly alongside the head of DOGE's reported strange demands during the childbirth.
“Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father,” she wrote. “I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.
Since then, after filing for sole custody, the situation has exploded into a messy legal battle with the wealthiest man in the world.

The 26-year-old previously revealed that she had to sell her $100,00 Tesla in order to make up for the fact that Musk had 'withheld' significant financial support for her child.
She also mentioned she was still covering the cost of her X Premium subscription at the time. Only recently has the name of his 13th child been revealed.
Now, apparently, Musk has demanded his name be kept off their child's birth certificate for a worrying reason.
In an exchange of text messages between the pair, the Tesla CEO allegedly told St. Clair that he was '#2 after Trump for assassination.'

As per The Wall Street Journal, Musk asked her to leave his name off their child’s birth certificate. He described that it would be dangerous to make his relationship to the baby public, adding that 'only the paranoid survive.' In response, St. Clair said she was ordered not to hire an attorney and told directly by Musk’s long-time fixer, Jared Birchall, to avoid any legal action.

However, she ignored this and later claimed that she was pushed to sign further documents to keep details of the child a secret in return for financial support.
According to her, Musk offered $15 million and $100,000 per month to keep quiet about their son’s paternity until he turns 21. The reported agreement would also ban her from saying anything negative about the SpaceX founder while allowing him complete freedom to say whatever he wants about her.

Musk has been concerned about his private security for a while, but has reportedly used his proximity to the president to mitigate this. Since his reputation and fame have only risen year after year, and now his close ties with the President, Musk mentioned concerns for his safety.
Even Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele had reportedly warned Musk about threats to his safety. Whilst his security detail isn't 'enormous,' it 'should be bigger.'
Given his White House status, Musk leveraged this power so that his personal security team has now been deputised by the US Marshals, giving them powers similar to those of federal agents, as per CNN.
