The father of a missing teenager found on a livestream has spoken out about what happened.
17-year-old Troy Coleman went missing on May 17 earlier this year for over six weeks.
He was finally found 1,000 miles away from home on July 4 when he was unexpectedly spotted on a content creator's Twitch stream.

Consequently, Troy's brother reached out to the streamer and local authorities arranged for his safe return back to Michigan.
FaZe Lacy was streaming on the streets of Florida when Troy briefly greeted him. But Lacy had no idea who Troy was until later.
Troy's father, Weston Coleman, was worried from day one after Troy left the house.

He searched for his son in the neighbourhood after he said he was going to the store but didn't return by nightfall.
His father has since spoken out about what happened to his son.
Speaking to People, Weston said: 'I came back two hours later and he wasn't here, and I've been keeping a tight eye on him, so I was like, where'd he go?'
Before being found in Miami, surveillance footage showed that Troy took a couple of public buses to a local mall before boarding a bus to Atlanta the following morning.

As his name was never entered into any system, his family lost complete track of him.
Going through Troy's computer, his father found searches of Key West Florida, after he seemingly developed the idea of finding celebrities.
Weston then went to Key West with a friend to look for his son, searching every day for him.

However, with no luck and no leads, Weston returned home to Flint, Michigan.
'I didn't quit looking for him the whole time,' he revealed. 'I know what he went through, and he went through a lot. I mean, a lot of nights, a lot of days.'
Weston sent pictures and videos of Troy to the Miami Beach Police Department with Troy's brother to help bring him home.
'I woke up that afternoon to Flint Township [police] pounding on my door saying that they found him,' Weston said.

The teen was reportedly robbed upon arrival to Atlanta, but somehow found a way to continue to Miami with no money.
Troy was also arrested twice in Miami Beach for sleeping in a park after hours and for petty theft of food. During his disappearance, Troy refused to give authorities his name, claiming to be John Doe.
