Baba Vanga is arguably one of the most famous mystics of all time, who many claim has predicted some major events over the years.
These include 9/11, Princess Diana’s death, Barack Obama’s presidential election win and even Covid.
Her predictions continue to live on long after her death in 1996 as she has made many statements about what she believed will happen in the future.

But now one expert has revealed the truth about the psychic in a shocking claim.
Viktoria Vitanova-Kerber is an academic who has studied Baba Vanga for years and has now cast doubts on her abilities.
Speaking to news.com.au, Vitanova-Kerber said: “She wasn’t the type of person who had a diary or was documenting a lot.
“The prophecies are not documented … so we will never know what she really said or not, because as I said, there are almost no documents about anything in her life.”
Vitanova-Kerber went on to say: “People who knew her or who visited her once or twice … and now in the present time, they come up with new memories.
“They say, ‘Oh I forgot that she said this and that’.
“For example, if she said, ‘in future there will be great sickness spreading’, then in 2021, of course, people said, ‘oh, she meant Covid for sure’.
“In most cases, those are just inventions or constructions.”
There have been claims made by Baba Vanga’s niece that she has evidence of her aunt’s predictions but she has never shown proof.
Another claim has been made by a Russian journalist who has been said to have secret tapes with some of the mystic’s predictions on.
However, these have never been verified.
According to Vitanova-Kerber, Baba Vanga’s foresight was mostly related to topics ‘of a private matter’ rather than political, arguing that it was only after her death that ‘people started interpreting these things in a political sense’.
With that being said, many of Baba Vanga’s followers believe she has made some significant predictions for 2025 - and a lot of it is pretty bleak.
For starters, it’s said that she believed that a war is due to break out in Europe next year.
Of course, there’s already an ongoing war happening in Europe but according to Baba Vanga, this new conflict will be large enough to ‘devastate’ the population.
Next year could also see aliens finally make an appearance on Earth and, even more bizarrely, see human telepathy become possible.
While we might never know if Baba Vanga really did make these predictions, only time will tell us if these prophecies will come true.
