Elon Musk has lashed out at SNL after being mocked in their Trump sketch.
The tech mogul was the butt of the joke on last week’s edition of Saturday Night Live.
The TV show was broadcast on November 9, just days after Donald Trump won the US election over Kamala Harris.

It was a hot topic during the show where Trump and Musk were both criticized and ridiculed.
It started off with a skit where the cast jokingly pledged their support for Trump to avoid being placed on his ‘enemies list’.
The show then went on to poke fun at Musk, who was played by Dana Carvey.

During the episode, Kenan Thompson said: “If our planet falls apart, we can all go to Mars with the other man that we love and trust - Elon Musk.”
At which point Carvey appeared jumping up and down while wearing a dark MAGA hat, which is very reminiscent of Musk during an appearance onstage at one of Trump’s political rallies.
Carvey as Musk said: “But seriously, I run the country now.”
It seemed that the billionaire wasn’t best pleased with his depiction on SNL, lashing out at the show after it aired.

The Tesla boss took to his own social media platform X, formerly Twitter, to share his thoughts.
In a tweet, Musk said: “They are so mad that @realDonaldTrump won.”
He went on to add: “Dana Carvey just sounds like Dana Carvey.”

Musk himself had hosted an episode of SNL back in March 2021 where he incorrectly claimed that he was the first person with Asperger’s syndrome to present the program.
He also made light of the pronunciation of his son’s unusual name, X Æ A-Xii.
He had welcomed the child with his then-girlfriend Grimes in May 2020.
This year, Musk has been very vocal about his support for Trump in the lead up to the US election.

The billionaire had even got himself into legal trouble after it was revealed that the Philadelphia DA was suing him.
This was over a $1 million daily ‘prize’ that Musk was offering to registered voters who signed a petition.
The petition was said to promote ‘free speech and the right to bear arms’ and the billionaire had been selecting one random person each day to award them with the cash ‘prize’.
The Philadelphia DA filed a lawsuit in a bid to stop Musk’s political action committee from handing out money to registered voters in swing states.
In the claim, it is specified that at a rally on October 19, Musk said any registered voter would be eligible to win the money if they handed over personal information and signed the petition to pledge ‘support for the constitution’.
The lawsuit continues: “That is a lottery, and it is indisputably an unlawful lottery.”
It also states that all lotteries in Pennsylvania must be regulated by the state according to state law.
