The post was retweeted by McGregor who also shared another post on the subject, adding an Indian flag and a heart emoji, which many have speculated is his way of confirming it.
In response, one user wrote: “Been following you Conor Since 2012 from India and if you do this clown show then I'll be retiring as your HARDCORE FAN.”
And another said: “If those figures are even close to what he gets he's never coming back to fight for the UFC. Why would you? He won't get seriously hurt in the exhibition.”

McGregor still has two fights in his contract with the UFC, who has been trying to get him back in the Octagon since his last fight for them in July 2021.
And it looks like these boxing events are only getting more popular.
Earlier this year, Paul’s younger brother Jake fought it out with Mike Tyson in a match that was streamed live on Netflix.
