Tech mogul Elon Musk has an unusual diet which features eight cans of Diet Coke and Mars bars.
The billionaire revealed that he also used to skip breakfast or just eat a chocolate bar or a donut before starting his day.
It seems that the Tesla boss is too busy to worry about proper meals after he shared that he struggles to find the time.

Speaking to Ashelee Vance for her biography titled Elon Musk: Tesla, Space and the Quest for a Fantastic Future, he said: “If there was a way that I could not eat so I could work more, I would not eat.”
It seemed for a while that Musk had turned his diet around after saying to Entrepreneur in 2017: “I'm trying to cut down on sweet stuff, and I should have an omelet and coffee.”
But it didn’t appear to last and just last year the SpaceX Ceo took to his own social media platform X, formerly Twitter, to reveal that he eats a donut for breakfast every morning.

In a tweet exchange, one user wrote: “Sugar is poison.”
Musk replied, saying: “I eat a donut every morning. Still alive.”
To which the user responded with: “Okay Elon, allow me to be more specific. Sugar is a slooow poison.”
That didn’t dissuade Musk though and in 2020, he sat down with Joe Rogan for an episode of his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, where he said: “I’d rather eat tasty food and live a shorter life.”

And it isn’t just donuts that are part of the billionaire’s daily diet.
In 2023, Musk took to X to share a photo of what he claimed was his bedside table.
On the table were four cans of caffeine-free Diet Coke - and it wasn’t the first time Musk had shared his love of the soda.

In fact, all the way back in 2007, Musk had said that he was drinking up to eight cans a day at one point.
This was during an interview with Inc. who were writing a profile on the mogul.
In the chat, Musk said: “I got so freaking jacked that I seriously started to feel like I was losing my peripheral vision.”
In 2022, Musk replied to another tweet where one user wrote: “I used to drink tons of Diet Coke but it’s been one month since I’ve had a drop.

“I want to share some of the changes I’ve observed in myself over that time: My health is unchanged. I’m less happy. My one source of joy is gone.
“Thanks for encouraging me on this journey!”
Musk replied with: “Diet Coke is amazing, especially the soda fountain version at movie theaters with salt & butter popcorn.”
He then added: “I don’t even care if it lowers my life expectancy.”
