We know things can get a little heated in the world of video games, but come on everyone, it's just a game.
There have been enough videos of viral rants, smashed controllers, and shattered TV screens to see that people sometimes take it a little too far.
Earlier this year, there were even reports that gamer Edward Kang flew 1,000 miles from New Jersey to Florida and attacked someone over a dispute in the fantasy video game ArcheAge.

When it comes to those who make the big bucks from gaming and streaming, we know it can be frustrating when thousands watch you get publicly trounced - just look at Kai Cenat's 166-hour Elden Ring stream.
Now, Michael "Shroud" Grzesiek has shared his frustrations about NetEase Games' Marvel Rivals.
Tipped as the 'next' Overwatch, the 6v6 hero shooter puts you in the shows of Marvel greats like Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, and even Jeff the Land Shark.

As reported by Dexerto, Shroud was left with some serious gamer rage during a December 15 match of Marvel Rivals.
Streaming on Twitch and playing as the Winter Soldier, a vexed Shroud ranted: "We have sh*t teammates. I’m getting p*ssed off. I’m getting worked up. It’s hot in my room. Dude, I’m actually getting a little upset."
After being eliminated, he said: "How do I reset this mentally?"
Although seemingly a joke, someone suggested that Shroud looks at his bank balance to put things into perspective.

Switching to the sharp-shooting Hawkeye, Shroud brought up his financials, said he was 'locked in', and headed back to the battlefield.
With a new lease of life, he landed three frags and eliminated half of the enemy team. Shroud added: "I typed, ‘My team is ass,’ and it starred out everything."
Despite a strong finish and Shroud improving in the second half, he was still unable to clutch the win.
Responding to the clip, one critic wrote: "Strong 'new money' vibes despite having it for long enough. Such showboating is cringe and repulsive and in no way cool."

Another questioned: "Am I too poor to understand this?"
Someone else concluded: "He trying to duplicate XQC at this point? Just talk about how you can buy the enemy team’s houses and put them on the street...Like playground logic going on here."
As Dexerto notes, Shroud has 6,271 paid active subscribers on Twitch, and assuming that each sub is $5, that's $31,355 a month from this alone. Having made a name for himself playing the likes of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Valorant, Shroud has also amassed an impressive 6.79 million subscribers on YouTube and reportedly bought a $9.4 million Los Angeles house in 2021.
His net worth is rumored to be in the region of $20 million, but some suspect that's a conservative estimation.

If his bank balance is anywhere near that, we'd be smiling a lot more than that and probably not sweating the little stuff like one disappointing game of Marvel Rivals.
Then again, we don't do this for a living.
