People have goosebumps after watching a resurfaced clip of Steve Jobs hinting at the iPhone before it was even released.
The first version of the iPhone was released back in 2007 but a video of the Apple founder has been rediscovered where he talked about it before its announcement.
The clip was taken from a press interview in 2006 where Jobs was asked about the possibility of Apple introducing a phone to their range.

In the clip, the interviewer said: “And Mr Jobs, last question, I have an iPod Shuffle and I am very curious and eager to know when I might be able to buy an iPhone. Can you tell me when that’ll be available?”
Jobs replied to the interviewer with: “You know, you never talk about unannounced products so if we ever do announce something like that, I’d love to talk to you about it then.”

Viewers of the footage were shocked that the interviewer had correctly predicted the upcoming iPhone, months before it was announced to the public.
After the video was posted to X, formerly Twitter, users took to the comment section to share their reactions.
One user wrote: “Oops. I'm sure he was furious after this, he hated leaks!.”
Another said: “He’s probably like where the hell did you hear that from, lady.”

A third person commented: “You could tell Steve was pissed she knew about that.”
And a fourth added: “I mean, they had iMac and iPod at the time. If a rumor of a phone was around of course they’d call it iPhone.”
Nearly 18 years after the original iPhone was first released, the device has come a long way.

Priced from $499, the smartphone came with just 4GB of storage space, as well as a 3.5 inch display and a 2-megapixel camera.
It’s a far cry from the latest version - the iPhone 16 - which was released earlier this year.
The phone can be bought from $799 and boasts much higher quality features.
The phone has a 6.1 inch display, while the iPhone 16 Plus has an even bigger screen with a 6.7 inch display.

Both versions of the phone model come with 128GB of storage space and have a 48-megapixel camera.
With the introduction of Apple Intelligence, the phone is now equipped with AI.
Simple vocal prompts can be used to use many of the phone’s features and Siri has been revamped to become the ultimate virtual assistant.
