Apple is gearing up for a big launch event next week where they’re expected to reveal its newest smartphone models, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro.
They are rumoured to be faster, and more efficient, with a couple of extra free features.
We won't know much more until the full showcase on 9 September but what we do know is that the release date of iOS 18 will be confirmed.

Announced back in June at WWDC 2024, the new software is set to roll out on millions of iPhones, including some older models. Fans can expect a fresh new look with a plethora of features.
Come the new update, users will be able to customise their home screen layout and app colours and even hide certain apps behind extra security.
There's also a redesigned Control Center where users can create groups and customise the features they use the most. So, quick access can be given to most used apps like media playback and home controls.
